  • What if my order has not arrived yet?

    All orders are processed the next business/working day. But since we ship internationally, please allow 14-21 business/working days to receive your product. We are experiencing higher order volume which may further delay your delivery another 5-7 business/working days. If it has not been at least 3 weeks since your order was placed, please do not contact customer support as there will be nothing we can do for you at that time.   • Tracking/Shipping number issues?

    The shipping number received in your confirmation email is not a parcel tracking site. This site will update you on the status of your oder as it leaves our fulfillment warehouse. Once your shipment departs our fulfillment center, there will not be any additional tracking updates available until it reaches your shipping address.
